The ISA Role
Your primary goal is to book appointments and convert leads into opportunities. This position requires relentless determination, persistence, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing our team’s values and ensuring every lead receives outstanding service.
Job Duties
- Outbound Calls: Proactively call internet leads, past clients, and referrals to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-Up: Execute consistent follow-ups via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and convert them into active buyers or sellers.
- Appointment Setting: Understand client needs and schedule meetings with agents to match them with the right opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, keeping client information and interactions up to date.
- Scripts and Strategies: Use proven scripts and adapt them to build rapport, handle objections, and guide conversations effectively.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop relationships with potential clients over time by providing value, listening to their needs, and keeping them engaged.
- Sales Mindset: Continuously seek opportunities to turn cold leads into warm prospects.
