Opportunity

BASIC FUNCTION
Assist sales department. Verify discounts of Key Accounts like Interceramic, Home Depot México and Costco Mexico, among others. Assist on calculation and elaboration of credit notes for commercial discounts due to agreements, invoiced merchandise not received and clearance or special discounts. Resolving any discrepancies on invoices and payments. Preparation of ACT for credits discounts, promotions and new clients. Administrative functions related to sales and with KEC.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reconciliate credits discounts to be sure are applied as approved on ACT
2. Reconciliate discounts for invoiced merchandise not received and ask supports of SBL when needed
3. Reconciliate discounts for promotions and ask supports when needed
4. Prepare ACT and follow up until it is approved
5. Validate credits
6. Ask clients for clarifications of discounts when needed
7. Download information from client portal, sales, payments, credits, etc.
8. Prepare Pos for KEC

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program in Administration or related
2. 1-2 years prior industry experience preferred
3. This role requires the candidate to be organised and have a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
5. Customer focus
6. Travel: Not necessary.
7. Fluency in English preferred (other languages will be a differential).
8. 1-2 years prior experience in administrative functions, credit and collection, and accounting
9. SAP management
