Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in consulting, driving business transformation and technology strategy.
• Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.
• Experience in people management, team leadership, and mentorship, including leading technical teams.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
• Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
• Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

As a Manager in Google Cloud's Professional Services organization, you will lead a high-performing team of consultants who partner with customers to achieve their digital transformation goals. You will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering your team to deliver impactful solutions and drive customer success through the power of Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges; overseeing the identification and development of new opportunities and innovative solutions in collaboration with sales.
• Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs. Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
• Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure success through clear Key Performance Indicators.
• Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress.
