Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct internal quality controls concerning specific areas or company products to ensure they fulfill quality procedures and norms.
2. Monitor and record inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms.
3. Prepare quality analyses and recommend necessary changes to quality procedures.
4. Record and analyze customer claims.
5. Prepare reports on rejected or defective products.

Experience Requirements

Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
