Job Description
Coordinate and administrate all health, safety and environmental programs in Robert Bosch México site based on Bosch and Mexican regulations to ensure an effective achievement of all related key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Check periodically the legal compliance to avoid deviations with the authorities.
- Organize and deploy the emergency response to ensure the business continuity in case of emergency.
- Elaborate and sustain the compliance with AUTOGESTION, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18000 ISO 5001 management systems.
- Develop and organize HSE programs and initiatives to improve site(s) performance, including periodical audits.
- Develop and coordinate EHS trainings and guidance to all associates of the location(s).
- Improve the efficiency in the environmental and Occupational safety goals.
- MAE release process to all plant equipment and machine.

- Monitor implementation of EHS Bosch and Mexican requirements, regular audits, reviews and inspection rounds.
- Hazard assessment for current / new areas, process and equipment.
- Hazardous materials management.
- Monitor implementation of external and internal requirements regarding fire protection and emergency control through regular audits, checks and inspection rounds.
- Organize awareness training for employees and service providers.
- EHS incident / accident investigations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the contractors and visitors activities in the aspects related to EHS based on contractor safety program.
- Include EHS requirements to fulfill internal or external requirements in new buildings or changes of layout.
- Develop and implement the Business Continuity Management.
- Develop and implement the documented information required by AUTOGESTION, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
- Analyze, monitor and recommend corrective actions of findings in internal or external audits to avoid recurrence of the same.
- Keep monitoring, control and reporting of HSE KPI’s.
- Risk analysis, implementation and ensure operational control of MAE release.
- Release of internal work permits.
- Promote Safety, Health and Protection of the Environment in accordance with ISO 14001: 2015 / ISO 45001: 2018 / CD03800 and applicable standards.
- Implement, execute, train, advise, ensure the investigation of incidents, carry out Safety, Health and Environment tours.
QualificationsEDUCATION:- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree / Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering / environmental, health and safety engineering or similar.
- Post graduate degree: Environmental, health and safety masters, certified or specialist in the topic.
- English level: Intermediate.
