We are currently looking for an Information System Vendor Management Financial Specialist to join our team in Nissan México.

A Day at Nissan:

• The IS VMO Financial Specialist is part of the OCIO (Office Chief Information Officer)-Vendor Management team responsible for governing financial management guidance/processes to ensure timely visibility and accuracy to the Nissan Digital Americas operational budget (OpEx).
• This role will be acting as the primary point of contact between the Nissan Digital Americas Delivery teams and IS Finance to promote cross-functional partnership to maintain smooth operations and quality standards to achieve work objectives and move the business forward.
• It is critical that the IS Vendor Financial Specialist controls costs through proactive reporting and bringing visibility to operational budgets early in the process (i.e. invoice issues, Contract Change Requests (CCRs), Chargebacks, etc.).
• Must build and maintain positive productive relationships with cross-functional partners (primarily: Nissan Digital Delivery Managers & IS Finance) to provide exceptional customer service, understand their needs, anticipate future requirements, proactively problem-solve, identify opportunities for improvements, while continuously seeking to learn and grow.
• Will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to mature or establish, implement, communicate change, train, and assume accountability to govern guidelines & processes related to financial management and performance for Nissan Digital Americas operating (OpEx) budget; including escalation of issues to Nissan leadership when needed.
• The IS VMO Financial Specialist will produce materials to communicate and present to various roles and levels within the organization up to and including Nissan Digital Leadership. As necessary, will perform any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the Nissan Digital organization.
• This role requires strong problem-solving skills, strong data analysis skills, needs to be self-motivated to work independently but with transparency, and can manage time and workload effectively.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:

• 5-7 years overall operational experience with IT Financial Management or third-party vendor financials.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and capabilities.
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.)
• Windows SharePoint Services
• SAP knowledge
• Tableau Dashboards (Desirable)
• Clarity/Jira (Desirable)
