Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 4+ years of experience specializing in ETL Tool - Informatica. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica to ensure data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data integration solutions to support business needs and improve data quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on ETL best practices and standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data.
• Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
• Participate in data modeling and database design activities to support ETL processes.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Stay updated with the latest ETL tools and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all ETL activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ETL processes and methodologies.

• Possess strong experience in ETL Tool Informatica with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of data integration and ETL best practices.
• Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex ETL issues.
• Show proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and quality.
