Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Controls and Compliance Analyst role will support Information Security processes to ensure quarterly Information Security control monitoring, testing and compliance initiatives. The role will also support InfoSec process teams in understanding and implementing control requirements. It requires an understanding of the information security standards, control frameworks, control design and testing concepts, and the ability to communicate and coordinate across teams.

Your Impact

As Info Security Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

1. Ensure control testing activities are completed according to the Quarterly and Annual timelines.
2. Plan, communicate and coordinate control activities, timelines and testing.
3. Support risk assessment process and maintain control activities and documentation of processes and mapping control objectives and attributes.
4. Create and maintain reports and provide regular metrics related to control effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with various stakeholders in managing control lifecycle including updates, monitoring, and reporting activities.
6. Provide support to process owners on controls and control activities and Information Security Policy and Standards.
7. Support the team with various ServiceNow initiatives related to Risk Management and Compliance.
8. Drive information security practices and processes.
9. Present updates to various stakeholders and levels throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent) is required.

Experience

• 2+ years experience in Controls or Cybersecurity role preferred.

• Audit background is preferred but not required.

• The candidate needs to have experience working in a global environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate across teams, business partners and employees at all levels across the organization.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Solid technical understanding of application development and security controls.

• Understanding of Data Classification and technical understanding of application development and security controls is a plus.

• Preferred experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
