Industrial Engineer

Main tasks:

1. Proposals for changes in layout and/or new processes.
2. Apply and implement lean manufacturing techniques on continuous improvement projects.
3. Conduct safety and ergonomics analysis.
4. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.
5. Coordinate equipment delivery to production.
6. Perform analysis activities for customer satisfaction.

Description and Requirements:

1. Professional degree: Aerospace Eng., Mechatronics Eng., or similar.
2. English 80% conversational.
3. Manufacturing process knowledge in structural areas.
4. +1 year of experience in projects or similar positions.
5. Lean Manufacturing & Projects Management Skills.
6. Strong communication skills, teamwork, discipline, commitment, and punctuality.
7. Results-oriented and execution-focused. Presentations and good communication skills at 80% English level.
8. Proficiency in CATIA, AutoCAD, and lean manufacturing knowledge. Demonstrated experience in the usage of lean tools such as 5S, RPS, VSM.
9. Implementation of improvements focused on efficiency and quality.
10. Visa and availability to travel.
11. Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving skills.
