Overview of Role: Perform departmental activities, analyze improvements and provide support to co-workers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Elaboration and follow-up of imports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, etc.),
- Change of Regime, rectification and validation of applicable taxes.
- Elaboration and follow-up of Exports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, Inbound, rectifications, sec. 321, FDA, etc.)
- Follow-up of national and Inbound shipments and notification of the status of imports.
- Inventory control, management and tracking of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse (US) for imports.
- Fixed asset inventory control (both physical) and digital audits.
- Attention and support to foreign trade bureau audits with focus on assets and documents.
- BOMS Analysis
- Analysis of scrap for export and scrap with change of regime (“F4 key”).
- Follow up of requirements to shipments detained by the FDA
- Analysis of waste generated from production processes
