Import Export Specialist

Overview of Role: Perform departmental activities, analyze improvements and provide support to co-workers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Elaboration and follow-up of imports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, etc.),
2. Change of Regime, rectification and validation of applicable taxes.
3. Elaboration and follow-up of Exports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, Inbound, rectifications, sec. 321, FDA, etc.)
4. Follow-up of national and Inbound shipments and notification of the status of imports.
5. Inventory control, management and tracking of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse (US) for imports.
6. Fixed asset inventory control (both physical) and digital audits.
7. Attention and support to foreign trade bureau audits with focus on assets and documents.
8. BOMS Analysis
9. Analysis of scrap for export and scrap with change of regime (“F4 key”).
10. Follow up of requirements to shipments detained by the FDA
11. Analysis of waste generated from production processes
