Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Import/Export Coordinator with advanced English proficiency to join our team in a maquiladora environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the import and export processes, ensuring that products arrive on time.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international partners.
2. Manage the entire import and export process, including customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in the supply chain and customer satisfaction.
4. Update Annex 24.
5. Document import/export invoices.
6. Communicate with customs agents and carriers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in international business, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in import/export and logistics (3 years).
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SEER.
