What are we looking for?

IBM Infosphere Developer

Responsibilities:

• Corporate Banking Application Support and Customizations.
• Support Operations Group and the Business Users for any clarifications.
• Ensure end-to-end Business Operations are being handled.
• Manage Core banking applications and the in-house Application Development.
• Ensure end-of-day batches are executed and reported.
• Regular Reporting to FINCEN and use of Regulatory requirements and develop enhancements around the same.

Main Skills:

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in writing emails, providing estimations, and participating in requirement refinement meetings.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) processes, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS SQL programming.
• Practical experience with IBM tools such as Cognos, Infosphere, BPM, and Datastage.
• Proven ability to work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and third-party stakeholders to support or implement new features.
• Experience in system continuity support, including adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Expertise in documenting technical designs and creating Technical Design Documents (TDD).
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Mandatory English proficiency.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with Netezza databases.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and report generation.
• Knowledge of US corporate banking practices.
• Experience with Windows Server, including job scheduling.
• Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting and Windows batch scripting (.bat).
