Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Design and develop the learning solutions to ensure the development of the key skills and knowledge for assigned functions in LATAM sector, using the proper instructional design methodology, coordination with media production team and main point of contact between the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely delivery of the solutions for each scrum.

Create the most engaging and effective learning experiences for our learners.

Your Impact

As a Learning Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  1. Design and validate the proposed Learning & Development solution for its assigned functions following the main process and ensuring having the input from business experts, outside consultants and or functional leaders (SMEs) when needed. Providing service to all LATAM.
  2. Develop the Learning & Development solutions and all its contents (objectives, activities, curricula, assignments, storyboards, etc.) according to the business and learner needs.
  3. Ensure a proper learning methodology for the project, applying the selected Instructional Design Model and validating completion for each phase.
  4. Contribute to the successful design of critical project governance and program management activities.
  5. Keep track of the progress in development and production timelines of the project to escalate risks regarding support needed from stakeholders to guarantee the SLAs of the process.
  6. Define, track, and document Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and their impact on business outcomes.
  7. Continuously update the Learning Knowledge Base to reflect the development, updates, or deprecation of learning solutions.
  8. Trainer Development: Lead "Train the Trainer" sessions for delivery teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and the successful implementation of learning content across teams.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor in humanities (Preferably Education)

Experience

  • Languages: English & Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience with learning methodologies, instructional design and learning strategies
  • Strong collaboration in virtual environments
  • Strong project management capability and leadership skills
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills
  • Creative problem solver
