Job Summary

SPM Oil and Gas provides superior products and service solutions to Oil & Gas customers in upstream, production, transportation, refining and related industries. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico. This position will collaborate and provide direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training and performance management.

What You Will Do

1. Serve as the on-site contact for our Villahermosa facility, handling employee relations issues, investigations, and exit interviewing.
2. Provide excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes.
3. Develop expertise across HR operational process areas and support the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
4. Make recommendations to management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover, or training.
5. Administer compensation programs and monitor performance evaluation programs.

Degree Requirement

Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

• Intermediate experience in human resources, including benefits, employment, and compensation.

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience with Oil & Gas services.

Additional Information:

• This position is located in Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico.
• Domestic relocation is available.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, both international and domestic.
• Visa required.
