ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Partner acts as a partner for the assigned client groups supporting the implementation of appropriate HR measures. The HR Partner supports the right application of HR standards, policies, and processes and advises leadership and associates.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing information to leaders so they can make the best decisions related to people, structure, compensation, and performance.
- Supporting in assessing future needs for people, resources, skills, etc.
- Identifying and executing strategies related to future needs.
- Diagnosing gaps or needs in climate or style to promote a positive environment.
- Delivering employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to an assigned site.
- Supporting in recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates.
- Assisting with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
- Conducting ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolution.
- Supporting investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- 5+ years related experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation skills.
- Advocating for employees, customers, the business, and shareholders.
- Active role in facilitating discussions, decision-making, and alignment.
- Effective change management leadership (design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, communications).
- Skilled in project management and able to take moderately complex projects and see them through to completion.
- Skilled in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work.
