The Director People & Culture Finance & Strategy role is an opportunity to partner with function leaders and co-build people strategies to best meet the needs of the business. The role combines internal client consulting, external market outreach, and immaculate problem solving into a single mix of design and delivery.

This role represents a high visibility learning opportunity for a talent who wants to get into People strategy, analytics, processes, and project management experience in their career. In this position, you will play a key role in driving the organizational culture within the Finance & Strategy communities while capturing frequent feedback from teams and stakeholders. It requires passion for organization and discipline yet remain comfortable and flexible within frameworks to develop creative solutions to ambiguous problems.

Position Overview:

  • Acts as coach and trusted advisor for the Finance & Strategy leadership team to improve leadership inspiration, organizational effectiveness, leading change, organization design and building capabilities.
  • Directly responsible for the global, regional and local implementation of our people strategy and people scorecard, leveraging the Company Purpose, Leadership Definition & Growth Behaviors.
  • Co-accountable of the end-to-end Talent, Learning and Rewards global processes in partnership with the Latam OU Talent & Development and Total Rewards teams.
  • Directly responsible for the continuous evolution of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, practices and targets.
  • Co-accountable of the culture and engagement moonshot implementation.
  • Partners with People Services to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized.
  • Partners with the Global Finance & Strategy People & Culture teams to align and standardize practices across TCCC, support the leaders to prepare the global talent pipeline and ensure development and career options to leverage the capabilities for the future.
  • Co-leads the Talent Resource Allocation for agile projects in the new network organization, aiming to accelerate career and development experiences.
  • Responsible for continuing to build People Management capabilities through current processes (e.g., Employee Experience, PE, Wellbeing, Rewards & Recognition, Engagement, etc.).
  • Participates in dynamic Resourcing and Big Bets LATAM initiatives.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leaders to drive high engagement and high-performance environment.
  • Master business and people decision making through a data and fact-based approach, and the use of data analytics.
  • Ability/experience in the development of business strategies, preferably in HR.
  • Experience in the development and managing projects and creating executive business cases.
  • Ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Strategic thinker and problem solver – can bring structured thinking to complex topics.

Experience & Background:

  • 12+ years of Human Resources experience, consulting, organizational development and talent management, people planning & processes, in a multinational company.
  • Experience in developing and managing projects and creating executive business cases preferably in HR.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience designing team building and critical team experiences for the business.
  • Coaching and change management capability.
  • Project management, agile and design thinking.
  • Should be technology savvy and able to work effectively in a digital-first world.
  • Language Requirements: English is a must; Spanish or Portuguese are required.
