Description and Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the Human Resources department. You will work closely with our team to perform hiring, assembling physical and digital files, support in the organization of internal events and personnel management, among other responsibilities.

  • Responsibilities of the intern position:
    • Follow up on administrative tasks: creation of purchase orders, invoices, events proposals and implementation, monthly newsletter, mailing, file auditing, onboarding documentation.
    • Analyze business goals, objectives and needs.
    • Go through our divisions of responsibility and bring ideas to grow and improve the business.
    • Propose ideas and solutions.
    • Provide suggestions to management to improve internal processes.
    • Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
    • May perform additional projects upon request.
  • Skills and requirements:
    • Active 7th-semester student
    • Availability to work 5 hours per day
    • Proactive
    • Team player
    • Organized
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer-oriented
    • Copes well with pressure
    • Experience with Microsoft Office.
    • English - Conversational level
    • Basic knowledge of Federal Labor Law, benefits and compensation, and database management.
