Location: Juárez, Nuevo León.
Under the general supervision of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this position is responsible to source and provide management with competent and qualified candidates for vacancies in the company at Manufacturing level in all departments. Identifies candidates, coordinates the selection process and the interviews with company personnel involved in the recruitment process.

EDUCATION: Preference Bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE: Preference 1 to 3 years experience as Recruiter.
FORMATION: Preference working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based software applications. Bilingual skills preferred. Preference have knowledge of employment law, behavioral interviewing and assessments techniques.
