Summary

Experienced HR Automation Developer with expertise in designing, developing, testing and implementing automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and other RPA tools; and experimenting with newer AI based automations technologies. Proven experience in working closely with teams to enhance experience, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance through automations.

Key Skills

  • Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate (Flow), and/or related RPA platforms.
  • Developing and executing unit/user accept test cases to ensure automation meets all requirements.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts; creating training materials and providing support throughout the validate process.
  • Monitoring and optimizing RPA bot performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Educating and providing demos, training, and end-user support for automation solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining technical and process documentation, including process flows, design specs and user guides.
  • Experimenting with AI and intelligent automation technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Managing project timelines and risks, providing status updates and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating and coaching People Org. Citizen Developers on their automation projects.

Education

  • Degree and/or equivalent experience in technology or related IT field.
