Web Shop Manager is a reputable e-commerce platform serving auto parts suppliers in the United States. Our organization boasts a well-established reputation and is set for significant growth, employing over 35 dedicated professionals.

We are recruiting a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (with potential for split shifts)

Job Type: Full-time/Contract, remote work available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer first-line technical assistance and troubleshooting services
  • Manage and oversee service desk queues, prioritizing and allocating tasks as necessary
  • Establish and maintain internal procedures and a client-facing knowledge base

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of technical support experience
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in web design and development
