The Role:

We are looking for a senior-level country Head of Partnerships & Business Development to spearhead the expansion of our partner program in Mexico. In this role, you will be the key driver behind our growth initiatives in your country, leveraging your expertise, strategic vision, and extensive network to unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Market Expansion:

  • Own a valuable database of contacts (marketing agencies owners, business & tech consultants, partner managers in local Saas companies and other industry influencers) that can help us to expand in the Mexican market.
  • Expand the number of strategic, integration and agency partners in Mexico to increase sales Revenue.

2) PR & Events:

  • Identify important events that can be a source of partner or customer acquisition.
  • Represent Kommo by speaking at or sponsoring events.
  • Personally visit partner offices across Mexico.
  • Create and send out branding gifts to partners.

3) Team Leadership & Development:

  • Hire and lead a high-performing local team as the partner program scales.

4) Market Insider

  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape.
  • Provide recommendations on relevant local integrations.
  • Offer insights on potential new product features.
  • Advise on local pricing strategies and billing methods.
  • Share valuable market insights to drive business growth.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing a successful partner program.
  • Strong connections within various partner networks.
  • Naturally outgoing and skilled at building relationships.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Willingness to travel for events across Mexico.
  • Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.
  • Established network in GR (Government Relations) is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to drive partnerships.
  • Genuine passion for marketing and business growth.
  • Based in Mexico City (preferred).
