Head of Growth, LATAM, Global Growth Sales, Amazon Ads

Are you an advertising sales head with a terrific reputation for developing and motivating the best talent? Do you consider yourself a coach and a mentor in your current organization? Do you have a track record of success at driving top sales results and building partnerships? The Amazon Advertising Team is hiring!

We are looking for an experienced data-led thinker who will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs for our Growth Sales Team. We need a head who can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a large team.

If you have a proven reputation for managing and scaling high-performance sales teams and have a talent for responding effectively to market direction, consumer need, and competitive positions, this might be the job for you!

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
  2. Manage and develop a team of approx. 20 Account Executives and Managers
  3. Create and implement sales programs and best practices to increase the performance of your team
  4. Enable your team to exceed sales goals and accelerate revenue growth at scale
  5. Ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Significant people management experience
  2. Proven experience managing managers
  3. Significant experience in ad sales or e-commerce
  4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  5. Demonstrated ability to consistently hit revenue goals
  6. Proven track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  7. Proven data-led abilities
  8. Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear attention to detail, and bar-raising follow-through skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Team Player
  2. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders from various teams and based in different countries
  3. Humble and able to lead by example and to create a positive work environment
  4. Ability to simplify complex situations to identify key strategic priorities for the team
  5. Ability to delegate to give opportunities to others to grow and shine
