Your Tasks

  • Desarrollar y gestionar cuentas clave de eCommerce (Pure Players, Marketplaces, Social Commerce), alineando la estrategia comercial con cada tipo de cliente.
  • Liderar equipos multifuncionales (ventas, marketing, supply, digital) para ejecutar pilotos, lanzamientos, promociones y planes comerciales anuales.
  • Apoyar y desarrollar al equipo de KAMs, asegurando análisis de performance, cumplimiento de KPIs (6 P’s), forecast y procesos de planificación (ABP, S&OP).
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias promocionales y de marketing digital, asegurando alineación con la estrategia G2M y los lineamientos de cada canal/plataforma.
  • Negociar y administrar condiciones comerciales (TTC), portafolio y cobranzas, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los e-retailers y resolviendo issues operativos.
  • Analizar tendencias del mercado y desempeño de la competencia, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización continua (Max the Mix, Hidden Gems).
Your Profile

  • 5-7 years minimum with Digital customers experience including the development of some eCommerce channels such as pureplayers, quick commerce, eB2B and Omnichannel (ePharma, SSS).
  • At least 2-3 years managing at least 3-4 direct reports.
  • Soft skills: strategic thinking, driving results, collaboration, entrepreneurial Mindset.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish.

The Head of eBusiness Development is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth with eCommerce accounts. Key accountabilities include: managing online sales plans and execution, terms & conditions negotiation, assortment listing, brand presentation on retailer sites, coordination framework for online promotion campaigns and best in class product presentation in all our eCommerce sub channels: Pureplayers, Omnichannel, Quick Commerce, eB2B and social commerce.
