Your team: You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Latin America. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll lead the investments team, reporting to the Head Investments Mexico. You'll manage a group of investments specialists (Investment Consultants) acting as a coach on all aspects of their roles, as well as having a book of clients under direct coverage.

Your expertise:

1. Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
2. Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in a wealth management institution or sales experience in banks/private banks, ideally with a leading financial institution
3. Proven track record in sales and people management. Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
4. Motivated, self-directed, and driven. Skilled at creating a positive business culture. Result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
5. Strong communicator and strategic thinker with presentation and organization skills
6. Solid knowledge of financial markets. Knowledge of asset allocation, equities, bonds, long only funds, alternative investments, and Foreign Exchange. Requires in-depth knowledge of Structured products, Private Equity and Hedge funds.
7. Skilled at initiating, nurturing, and developing strong interpersonal relationships.
8. CFA/CAIA
