British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Management Lead Manager in Monterrey.

As a business partner to the US Growth Management Team, you will provide crucial commercial insights to ensure that end-market growth activities contribute to financial success and effective prioritization across the value chain. We are looking for a hard-working individual excited to use sophisticated analytics to aid in crafting commercial pricing strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate volume & revenue growth and develop analysis and presentations in support of major strategic meetings.
• Support the development of a robust portfolio strategy and Customer / Consumer Pricing Strategies (price architecture) to reflect the organization’s changing requirements and a dynamic competitive landscape.
• Provide pricing-related observations and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments.
• Develop a deep understanding of pricing and promotion strategies, internal processes, and overall market landscape and be able to effectively operate in a matrix organization with a high level of change.
• Leverage analytical tools by providing insights and recommendations towards the achievement of commercial plans and identify standard methodologies to drive continuous improvement in own area of responsibility.
• Contribute to continually improving business performance by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive volume and net revenue growth and work cross-functionally with several departments to develop robust analysis that accelerates volume & revenue growth while improving analytics and commercial acuity.
• Establish, lead and develop a high-performing Growth Management team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities with a focus on strong analytical skills and commercial acuity.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning.
• 2+ years of experience in managing teams and proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken, and ability to communicate technical information in a simplified and effective way.
• Strong commercial acuity skills and demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to balance multiple partners both virtually and physically in the office and time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to craft independently and deliver E2E analytics solutions/outcomes per specification and must be able to handle confidential information.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration. MBA is a plus.
