ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:
The Global Procurement Sr. Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the execution of sourcing strategy and enablement of Facilities transformation categories in Mexico ($44 mioUsd managed). These categories include Security, Cleaning & Canteen.
This role will be supported by MSO Mx Lead and COE Latam strategy to act as a change agent, transforming the category into a regional strategic function. Responsibilities include identifying white-space subcategories, ensuring productivity targets, enabling innovation agenda, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing processes and policies to enhance the delivery of business objectives.
The Category Owner will also lead sub-category projects to achieve regional productivity and innovative ideas.

Who Are We Looking For?
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Admin.
Experience:
• Procurement functional knowledge: +4 years in category management/sourcing strategy on procurement roles.
• Desirable experience in Procurement Indirects or FAC category, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; solid understanding of general business economics, key cost, and quality drivers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in cross-functional teams and influence across a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate complex situations into simple messages for executive-level communication.
• Advanced language skills: Spanish and English are essential, both verbal and written.
• Results and action-oriented: Comfortable with change, setting and achieving stretch targets.
• Advanced English.
