1. Oversee all maintenance operations within the company.
2. Currently operating one plant, with plans for a second in the future.
3. Ensure that all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally and safely.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
5. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operation.
6. Manage maintenance budgets and resources efficiently.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
8. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Perfil buscado

A successful applicant should have:

1. 5 to 10 years of strong background in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
2. Strong team management skills of 30+ members.
3. Experience in metal mechanics industry is mandatory.
4. Advanced English.
5. 100% on-site availability.
6. High-energy, proactive attitude.
