• Minimum 3 years of experience as Customs Manager
• Proficient in Conversational English

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and address any concerns promptly.
• Evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence in customs management.
• Presentation of activity and performance through Key Operations & Performance Indicators.
• Supervise the proper clearance of export goods based on Annex 22, Annex 24, and the IMMEX Program regulations.
• Audit import and/or export files or special operations to guarantee complete legal documentation for each operation.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as negotiating tariff preferences and customs simplifications.
• Closely collaborate with other departments to understand their customs-related needs and expectations.
