Position Summary:

Administers HR policies and procedures and provides support to all human resource aspects in compliance with labor regulations, internal rules, and company policies.

Primary Duties:

  1. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
  2. Responsible for performing Recruiting and Selection process.
  3. Support in updating Job Description Manual to ensure all jobs have an updated description in a standard format.
  4. Support On-boarding process for DL and IDL.
  5. Responsible for administering internship agreements with local universities.
  6. Record employee information into HRIS system.
  7. Involved in compensation planning, surveys, salary plans, job descriptions, and job analysis.
  8. Provide support in employee services such as Employee Transportation, Cafeteria Service, etc.
  9. Provide support in the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues.
  10. Provide support for training and development programs and initiatives.
  11. Support in the administration of benefits and programs established by the company.
  12. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  13. Keep updated department metrics.
  14. Coordinate social media for company branding.
  15. Provide support to projects as needed.
  16. Employee record keeping and filing administration (Active and Non-active employees).

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment and work experience in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  3. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, etc.
  4. Problem-solving abilities.
  5. Intermediate English level.
  6. Advanced level of proficiency with Human Resource Systems, Time & Attendance Systems, Payroll systems, Internet browser, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Project Management, Database, and Word Processing software.
