Job Summary
Create high-impact strategies that guarantee the monitoring and functionality of the General Services area (Cafeteria, Transportation, Common Areas, Offices, Visitors, Drivers). Develop and implement policies, procedures guidelines that promote organizational culture and engagement.
Leads the resolution of complex problems, works independently in critical situations, and coordinates functional teams or projects. It requires specialized knowledge in its field to design strategic plans at the plant level, strengthening the organizational culture through communication, recognition and social responsibility tools.
