Fully Bilingual Client Support Specialist

Are you a fluent English speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? We are seeking a Fully Bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, supportive environment, providing vital administrative and client support to our U.S.-based legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound client calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  2. Manage client inquiries, provide accurate updates, and assist with scheduling.
  3. Offer administrative support to the legal team, including handling legal documentation (non-litigation).
  4. Draft, proofread, and organize essential documents with attention to detail.
  5. Schedule appointments for U.S.-based attorneys and follow up with clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
  2. Must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas.
  3. High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  4. Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or call center environments.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Basic legal knowledge is an advantage but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Competitive salary of 13,000 to 16,000 MXN per month after taxes, based on experience and English proficiency.
  2. Performance-based earning potential.

  5. Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
