Role: Fullstack Software Development Engineer

Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.

What will you do? Responsibilities

1. Develop solutions that are of high quality, scalable, and reliable.
2. Work collaboratively in squads composed of Product Managers, Analysts, and Engineers.
3. Be self-directed, take initiative, and drive towards solutions with little guidance.

What will you bring? Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on UI and backend API development.
3. Strong proficiency in React and Node.js, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems and libraries.
4. Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks/libraries.
5. Good familiarity with database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and ability to write efficient queries.
6. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, and code collaboration tools.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS (Preferred), and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
8. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, with knowledge of agile methodologies.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and independently.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Drive the feature and enhancements end to end.
