Front End Developer

This is a temporary full-time position, 12-month term.

LeadVenture websites are custom-designed and packed with the features dealers and OEMs need, allowing them to drive more qualified leads. Our industry-leading platform drives increased traffic to websites and ensures that customers have a positive user experience regardless of device.

In this role, you will develop high-quality software for LeadVenture as an active and collaborative member of a distributed software development team.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

1. Develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for complex, large-scale software.
2. Serve as technical support on development projects.
3. Participate in full development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis and design.
4. Write draft technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
5. Suggest new technologies for implementation and participate in the evaluation.
6. Troubleshoot code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
7. Be an active participant in agile meetings.
8. Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

1. 3+ years of experience in software development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
2. Solid understanding of best practices for the full Software Development Lifecycle in an agile environment including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
3. Eagerness to explore new ideas and a self-motivated desire to continuously learn new things.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
