Flow Controller (1 year position)

We are currently seeking a self-driven Flow Controller (1 year position) with a passion for procurement to join our team. This position will oversee the upstream planning for a External Manufacturer Supplier (EMS). This role will escalate material shortages, maintain the ERP parameters of purchased parts and follow-up "line down" situations. This position will report to the Virtual Factory Supply Chain Manager and will be based on the SE Mty Campus.

What will you do:

• Supervise the Upstream Planning of the External Manufacturer.
• Escalate material shortages with vendors
• Escalate material shortages within Procurement organization using the escalation path.
• Audit ERP parameters and request actions being taken for findings.
• Evaluate the Value Stream Map and provide suggestions.
• Change transportation method when needed.
• Participate on SAM audits animated by Virtual Factory Team.

Qualifications - External

• Fluency in English (written and business speaking).
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience on Supply Chain Management roles.
• Proven experience using SAP Material Management modules.
• Preferred experience on Make-to-Stock environment.
• Proficiency on excel use.
• Self-initiative and proven experience on following up on multiple topics with attention to details.
• Strong influencing skills and team work.
