ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
As Fleet Invoice Management Jr. Manager, you will oversee a team of 2 Sr. Analysts and 17 Jr. Analysts, reporting to the MCC Invoice Management Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, optimizing team performance, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Your Impact
- Lead PBNA Invoice Management operations, ensuring workload distribution, issue resolution, and metric achievement.
- Serve as the primary contact for Fleet Directors & Sector teams for escalations.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure timely invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Support business and finance teams in fleet expense processing.
- Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and SLAs with high-quality results.
- Drive compliance in invoice processing and lead change management initiatives.
- Oversee PGT implementation for both teams.
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for interactions with U.S. teams.
- Experience with SAP.
- 4+ years of experience in requisition to pay processes (order management, E2E).
- 2+ years with People Management skills.
- Experience providing customer support for payment follow-ups and invoice management in the U.S. market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
