About the Role
At Autolab, we are looking for our next Finance VP, a key role in the company's growth. This position will work closely with the CEO and executive team, serving as a strategic partner to all departments. Your Mission at Autolab

1. Build and lead the finance and accounting team by defining roles, ensuring the right talent is in place.
2. Prepare and oversee the company's budget and key financial KPIs, working closely with the founders and VPs to maintain an updated financial model and ensure targets are met.
3. Ensure timely and accurate financial and accounting reporting, including preparing materials for due diligence, board meetings, and other key presentations.
4. Anticipate cash flow needs and ensure effective cash management to support the company's operations and growth.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

1. 3+ years leading F&A teams (preferably in startups or high-growth tech companies)
2. 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or business administration
3. Strong leadership skills and team-building experience
4. Outstanding analytical skills and financial acumen
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and fluent in English
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
8. Highly organized and detail-oriented
