We require a Project Manager to support coordination for Finance team activities and projects as the business grows and becomes more complex.

About the role

Reporting to the Controllership Manager and dotted line to MX CFO’s Chief of Staff, the Finance Project Analyst will:

• Work with multiple teams within the Finance area (Banking Alliance, FAR, FinOps, FPnA, GPA, RAS and Taxes) and other areas (Product, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to support definition, coordination, tracking, and implementation of a portfolio of projects, support BAU activities, and communicate with several stakeholders. The activities that this role will develop will cover MEX and COL geographies.
• Develop documents and presentations that support the coordination and implementation of projects and processes.
• Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively monitor project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies and communicate or escalate accordingly.
• Promote and take accountability for project quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Experience in financial institutions.
• Experience in project management roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple dependencies and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and SaFE.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
