Responsibilities:
- Function effectively within a multi-disciplinary engineering project team and ensure delivery of a process solution that meets the required outcomes and budget.
- Assess innovation opportunities.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience in process engineering.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Bias for action; track record of driving parts of large scale transformations and/or implementation of high-impact initiatives.
- Well-versed in a range of problem solving approaches and capable of optimizing techniques to yield the best results.
- Knowledge of the financial service industry and technology organizations.
- Ability to travel a proportion of the time.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

This is a Vice President position within Productivity Digital Solutions that is responsible for creating digital solutions in one or more digital tools and leading and managing the related projects to do so. The Digital Solutions Creator also provides advice to larger projects and assesses opportunities for efficiencies at Citi.

- Create digital solutions in Tableau to provide (internal) clients dashboards that visualize the data they need for information, control, and decision making.
- Be familiar with other digital tools -e.g. Python, KNIME, Appian and be able to create or advise on creation in these tools.
- Manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver digital solutions for teams.
- Identify and mitigate risk and enable compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide relevant advice for larger ongoing projects.
- Mentor junior team members.

- Experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or process simplification.
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint required.
- Program/Project Management Skills.
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators.
- Strong strategic thinking and organization skills.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and possess a bold, curious and determined approach while being a strong team player.
- Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to digital solutions and efficiency at Citi.
Education:
- Bachelor's university degree finished in business/finance/engineering/computer science (or a related discipline).
