Internal Audit - Finance
Job Summary:
The role of the Audit Manager in Global Finance Audit team is to lead and support the finance audit team in performing various audits of financial statements, SOX, financial reporting and regulatory reporting, and Treasury (including liquidity, capital, interest rate risk) by independently and objectively identifying and assessing risks, evaluating controls, compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Perform quality audit work in accordance with audit requirements.
As an Audit Manager, you will lead general audit activities across the Group as part of the Global Internal Audit (GIA) team and work directly with audit teams based in the US. You will provide independent, objective assurance over the Group’s internal control framework and assist finance management by bringing a detailed, disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Assist in the preparation and delivery of written evaluations and recommendations to management. Ensure external audit or regulatory criticisms of assigned businesses are corrected.
