Field Services Technician

We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

1. On-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems.
2. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
3. Serve as company liaison with clients on administrative and technical matters.
4. Interpret clients’ needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution among sales personnel, client support representatives, or engineers.
