About Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas:

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, will be part of the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, which will also include a private marina and a members-only beach and yacht club, all situated along a two-mile stretch of pristine white sand and the warm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez. About the role of the Executive Administrative Assistant:

To provide support and administrative expertise to the Executive Office and respond to guests’ and employees’ inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do:

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for General Manager and Resort Manager and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Resort manager for approval and complete all payroll records for proper signature.
  • Compile monthly guest comment analysis and ensure proper distribution of results.
  • Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
  • Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and inform him/her as to action taken and follow up required.
  • Maintain stationery supplies for the Executive Office while ensuring a clean, neat, and organized work area and file storage system.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum experience of two (2) years in Management positions related to Front Desk or Rooms positions.
  • Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge in Birchstreet, Opera and Workday Software is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented approach and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in operating computer equipment and software, in particular Word or Excel.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
