Team Overview

We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and persuasively. A skilled negotiator who can create win-win solutions for both EV Fleet Partners and DiDi. You should thrive on tackling challenges with creative solutions while staying agile in the fast-evolving EV automotive industry. Building strong relationships, offering customized solutions with empathy, and managing multiple tasks effectively will be key to your success.

We need a proactive collaborator within our Fleet Team, working seamlessly with internal teams to deliver well-rounded solutions. As a critical thinker, you’ll use data to make strategic, informed decisions that drive results to lead both: EV Fleet partners and internal teams to make things happen!

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Maintaining strong connections with key fleet stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales and Growth: Identifying new opportunities, managing the sales process, and driving growth with both new and existing EV partners.
  • Product Expertise: Keeping up with the latest EV products, technologies, and industry trends to offer relevant solutions to clients.
  • Strategic Development: Crafting tailored strategies to meet EV partners objectives, focusing on cost savings and EV integration.
  • Contract Management: Negotiating and managing contracts to align with client needs and company goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams like marketing, operations, legal, CX and support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Role Qualifications

  • High analytical skills, proficient user of database (SQL) and data-visualization skills.
  • Ability to turn numbers into solutions for real business cases with EV fleet partners.
  • Passion for the EV industry, constantly tracking market trends, new OEMs, and staying up to date with EV developments.
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, highly driven, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
  • Problem Solver, result oriented with identifying bottlenecks and coming up with creative solutions.
  • Comfortable about learning and using new software tools.
  • Strong Spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets) is a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commercial related fields.
  • Effective communication skills. Proficiency in English & Spanish. We're an international team!
  • Preferred industry: Tech, Startups or Automotive Industry.
