Escolaridad: Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o cualquier otra carrera afín.
Conocimiento específico: Compensación, Impuestos, Presupuesto de Beneficios, Servicios de Personal, Gestión de Expatriados, Conceptos de pago variable, conocimiento y experiencia con los sistemas específicos.
Experiencia: 3 años en Compensación, Organización, Administración general de RRHH, Finanzas.
Modalidad: Híbrida.
Idiomas: inglés avanzado.
Competencias:
Esfuerzos requeridos: leer, analizar información, disponibilidad de viajar ocasionalmente, tener sesiones informativas en inglés, asistir a negociaciones, dar sesiones informativas, preparación y exposición de presentaciones nivel directivo.
