Summary:

The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.

Account Management Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing Self-Repair Program and ISP partner management prioritizing day to day operations supporting the partners and ultimately ensuring customers’ needs are met in a reasonable time.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manages the Self-Repair Program to ensure all parts are available within the specified time and available to consumers.
2. Manages Independent Service Providers supporting small business, depot and B2B accounts.
3. Collaborates during weekly meetings with supply chain to gain an understanding of parts demand and expected fulfillment time based on lead time.
4. Monitors KPI and Daily reports to help increase visibility of the overall program.
5. Supports Account onboarding, provides support and performs monthly check-in during initial account launch.
6. Performs yearly audit at the beginning of each fiscal year and validates certification requirements.
7. Monitors AR/AP to manage credit block for parts weekly shipment.
8. Provides daily, weekly and monthly analysis of program performance at the account level with suggestive measures to improve performance.
9. Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties, as assigned.
11. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Cross Functional Collaboration.
5. Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management skills.
