Enterprise Marketing Campaign Manager

Description:

The Canadian Commercial Marketing organization is seeking an energetic and creative marketing professional to help drive strategy and execution in support of our business goal of leading the Future of Work.

As an Enterprise Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs to help drive end user customer engagement and opportunities for sales. This position produces a unique blend of social and digital campaigns, events (digital and live) and direct marketing activities (mail, email) to support integrated marketing experiences across the buyer’s journey for our targeted enterprise accounts. The main goal will be to help create customer engagement and opportunities using a variety of marketing activities, tactics, and channels.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, MarTech, sales, agencies, etc.) to develop, execute, and report on marketing tactics to support the end-to-end campaign strategy. This position will also collaborate closely with sales leaders to plan and execute compelling Account-Based Marketing activities to create and accelerate customer opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of personal systems marketing initiatives and campaigns targeted at focused enterprise accounts through Account Based Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders for the creation of integrated campaign strategies and executions to drive business success.
  • Align events and direct marketing activities within the buyer’s journey as part of an end-to-end campaign strategy.
  • Plan and host live, online, and offline activities to create engagements with customers to engage and accelerate opportunities and deepen customer relationships. These activities include events, direct mail marketing, email marketing, and other channels to successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for the sales force.
  • Align marketing with sales to ensure activities are synchronized with business priorities, objectives, and goals. Create engagement points with sales to drive business opportunities.
  • Define and track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics that show how marketing activities impact customer opportunities and revenue.
  • Stay up to date on marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise Account Based Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, tactics, and technologies.
  • Prior success in developing and executing sales pipeline-building marketing activities (including events and direct marketing) within a country, region, or territory.
  • Success in carrying out marketing activities, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
  • Experience partnering with commercial sales teams to align on common goals, objectives, and actions.
  • Creativity is required to develop innovative and unique customer experiences. Prior work managing agencies and 3rd party vendors is also a requirement.
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to deliver the most relevant insights that accurately describe activity performance, customer engagement, and the impact metrics (revenue, pipeline) are an important function of this role.
  • Experience with modern marketing principles, practices, and tactics for engaging B2B commercial customers. Prefer experience with top MarTech platforms and tools (i.e., Eloqua, Marketo, 6Sense etc.).
  • Team oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills; ability to work well with individuals across multiple organizations and within virtual, cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and proficient at successfully managing multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
