EL Customer Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid. This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for:
Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role
Electrification or Mechatronic Engineer with experience in portfolio management.
4+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Go-to-market Strategy, and Customer Experience Success.
Knowledge in Pricing Excellence, Account Management, and Sales Enablement.
General Sales Practices in the electrical market.
Advanced English level.
