• Develop, implement and monitor company-wide EHSS policies and programs.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure adherence to EHSS standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver training programs on EHSS procedures and regulations.
• Manage and report on EHSS performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote EHSS practices.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHSS regulations.
• Respond to and investigate EHSS incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Perfil buscado

A successful EHSS Lead should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EHSS regulations and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training programs.
• Experience conducting EHSS audits and inspections.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation.
