PRIMARY FUNCTION: Manage and route documents received via fax server. Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. This position will analyze each document and route it to the intended recipient based on the information provided, following specific instructions as outlined.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: (This list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned.)

  • Fax inbox management
  • Toggle between facilities using IP route
  • Identify type of document and apply pertaining process
  • Identify and report faxes that need clarification
  • Analyze documents received to determine routing procedures
  • Follow Pediatric Associates Document Manager routing procedures, including timely processing of documents
  • Communicate with office location via email or phone to coordinate signatures for specific documents
  • Identify time-sensitive documents and respond with urgency
  • Meet quality requirements as determined
  • Meet productivity standards as determined

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Preparatoria terminada.

Location: Monterrey Metropolitan Area

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Experience and skills:

  • Bilingual, proficient in English and Spanish
  • Prefer one-year work experience with knowledge of computer and medical terminology (preferred)
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to identify a high volume of various documents such as medical records, lab results, consultation notes, prescription refills, physician orders, received via fax server.
