Tesla is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a significant amount of interaction with body shops, so the ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service and technical support. This is a full-time position located at our Spinnaker location in Mexico City, Mexico. What You’ll Do

  1. Assist Tesla Approved Body Shops with parts related questions via email and phone.
  2. Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time, and provide support for technical parts questions.
  3. Follow up with body shops on parts orders and ensure complete satisfaction.
  4. Work closely with Tesla's internal teams to improve processes and provide feedback.
  5. Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System - attention to detail is critical.
  6. Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work, and meet deadlines.
  7. Maintain daily metric goals and perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  1. 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry or related experience.
  2. Internal Tesla candidates must have experience using WARP Drive.
  3. Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the repair of vehicles.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organization skills, problem-solving aptitude.
  5. Ability to adhere to performance metrics including: CSI, department goals.
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Enovia, CATIA, CAD or other PLM system experience is a plus.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required.
  8. English language is preferred, dealer automotive service experience a plus.
