ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC) provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. We are growing the Mexico and Brazil based nearshore centers to expand our delivery capabilities within the Americas region. Our desire is to provide SAP’s customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP’s latest technologies.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process consultant, who is experienced in MM or SD processes, with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, experience in master data and handling of business partners in S/4HANA, and knowledge of key business functions in logistics S/4HANA processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive or lead key roles in Professional Services engagements of SAP solutions as logistics business process expert.
• Advise customers on industry best practices, focusing on Digital Industries.
• Support sales activities during elaboration and evaluation of SAP Services project proposals.
• Support other activities outside of consulting/professional services as required.
• Contribute as key participant in internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy.
• Be involved in our culture of knowledge sharing and improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products.
• Be involved in the preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support of customers’ projects.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Configure customer requirements in SAP systems and support development teams.
• Conduct testing, training, and support during key project cycles.
• Support services sales activities as Subject Matter Expert.
• Serve as primary contact from Customer Services & Delivery areas to deploy and implement solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 10 years combined industry and SAP consulting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in one logistics module, MM or SD.
• Expertise in handling master data in S/4HANA.
• Proficient in at least one of the following Industry/LoB solutions.
• Knowledge in Mexico Localization processes and the SAP DRC solution for Mexico is a plus.
• Experience with SAP FIORI applications.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of the AGILE project methodology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
